All coaching services provided by Emotional Intelligence Academy and Rich Ayala are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. Payment of $5,000 USD is required upfront to secure a spot in the six-week one-on-one coaching program. Due to the limited availability of seats, all sales are final and non-refundable. Sessions will be conducted over Zoom and may include live recordings and Ai-powered conversation analysis, which will be provided to the client for private review only. Client agrees not to distribute or share recordings or analyses publicly. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice; no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited sessions. All program materials, tools, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Emotional Intelligence Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
