All sales are final. Due to the high-touch, limited-seat nature of one-on-one coaching, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made. Rescheduling of sessions requires at least 48 hours’ notice. The coach reserves the right to reschedule at their discretion. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be eligible for makeup.
